How quickly is my VPS deployed?
After you pay, the order waits for review. When it is accepted, the instance is created automatically and SSH details are emailed to you.
Do I get root access?
Yes. You receive root SSH access, the public IP, and credentials in the client area and welcome email.
Which operating systems are available?
Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Windows and other images listed at checkout. If an image needs more RAM than the plan, Ubuntu 24.04 LTS is used.
Can I reinstall my VPS?
Reinstall and power controls are available from the client area once the service is active.
Can I upgrade resources?
Yes. Open the service in your dashboard and request a package change to a larger plan.
Do you provide IPv4?
Every VPS includes one IPv4 address. IPv6 is assigned where the location supports it.
Can I create snapshots?
Snapshot and backup options depend on the plan. Ask support if you need a retention policy beyond standard backups.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly or yearly at the published rate. No setup fee. Invoices are issued before the next cycle.
What happens when my invoice expires?
Unpaid services are suspended according to the overdue schedule, then terminated if still unpaid.
